No integration project. Full observability.
Hire Entry, Mid, or Expert digital workers who operate the web apps your team already uses — Zendesk, Shopify, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, and more — then watch them work.
Digital workers log into your existing software inside isolated sessions, complete real work, and pause anything risky for human approval. You do not need an API project to start a pilot.
Ninety seconds of the real product, recorded from the deployed platform: the workforce, hiring a desk, the tools, a live session, the Returns & WISMO Desk, a held refund approved, Work-Pilot, a replay and the public receipt verifier.
[0:00] Title card: “AI Digital Humans. Digital workers that use your tools the way a person does. Real footage of the product. Every frame is the deployed platform working in the demo tenant.”
[0:04] Mission Control: the workforce, the daily brief, the desk card with close time, hold rate and wrong-order rate together. “Hire digital workers. Assign them work. Watch every step as it happens.”
[0:12] The hire dialog opens: a packaged desk or a role, a name, a level. “Hire a worker at a level — or a whole desk for one workflow.”
[0:21] The tools vault: the products a worker signs in to. “They sign in to the tools you already use. No integration project.”
[0:27] The skills library. “A catalog of typed skills, in three tiers. Each one says what it needs and when it escalates.”
[0:32] The live stage: a worker mid-run, the screenshot of each step and the action list filling in. “A live session. Every click is recorded into a hash chain, screenshot attached.”
[0:42] The Returns & WISMO Desk: the three numbers, the who-owns-what matrix. “Four workers, one workflow. The Checker shares nothing with the runner.”
[0:51] One unit: the trail from Intake to the gate, the hold, both receipts. “A $920 refund at the cap: held for a person, the trail and both receipts written.”
[0:59] For Review: the held items, and one approved. “Approve or deny. Every decision is recorded by id, and the desk learns from it.”
[1:07] Work-Pilot, asked “What needs me?”, answers from the account's own records. “Ask Work-Pilot. It answers from your own records — never a guess.”
[1:16] A replay, scrubbable, measured against a reference run. “Afterwards: a replay you can scrub, measured against a run a person marked as right.”
[1:23] The public verifier. “Every run exports a signed work receipt. Anyone can verify it, in their own browser, without trusting us.”
[1:29] Closing card: “No integration project. Every action recorded. Every risky step held for a person. Hire Entry, Mid or Expert digital workers, or a desk for one workflow. Thirty days on a slice of your queue, no card. Start a 30-day pilot — aidigitalhuman.services.”
Every worker is a presence on your dashboard — what it’s handling, how it’s performing, and how much headroom it has left. Each can hold multiple jobs within its tier.
Dashboard shown with illustrative pilot data — the same scenario as the demo video.
Most AI tools can answer a question. They still leave your team — or your outsourcer — to open the actual systems, update the records, process the refunds, and complete the real work.
We inverted the model. Our digital workers are the ones opening the systems.
Connect Zendesk, Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, and the full Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Adobe suites - Docs, Sheets, Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat and more. Digital workers operate the exact same interfaces your team uses today.
Entry at $1,000, Mid at $2,250, Expert at $4,500 per month. Each worker can hold multiple responsibilities within their tier.
Every worker can read, write, and reply in Gmail and Outlook. Send them instructions by email; they execute the work and respond.
Watch live sessions. Replay every action. Every click, update, and message is logged and reviewable.
Sensitive actions are automatically scored for risk. Anything high-risk pauses for human approval or denial before it proceeds.
Name them, grant tool and email access, assign responsibilities, and watch them work. It feels like bringing on a new team member.
Describe what you want done in a sentence. The platform plans the steps, staffs each one with the right worker, runs it through the same approvals, and writes you a brief at the end.
Ask what needs you, what a worker did on a ticket, or why a run was held — answered from your own data, with citations to the actual work. Tell it to assign a skill, pause a tier, or draft a reply, and it does it.
Every worker remembers the customers, orders and decisions they've touched — versioned, searchable, and every fact citing the exact session or email it was learned from.
Risk holds, drafted replies waiting to send, suggested record updates, and stale work worth reviving — one For Review queue, with approve, edit-and-approve, deny, or assign on every item.
Every job exports a signed receipt — the tamper-evident action chain, screenshot digests, and a signature your auditor can verify in their own browser, without trusting us. Proof, not promises.
“When a refund request arrives, start the return skill. Over $250, hold it for me.” Described in a sentence, echoed back before it's armed, and every automated run passes the same risk gates.
Create your account in minutes. Thirty days, real workers, your own tools — no procurement cycle and no engineering ticket.
Grant access the same way you would a new hire. Credentials are encrypted, injected only into isolated sessions, and revocable in one click.
Choose Entry, Mid, or Expert, then assign the jobs you want covered. A single worker can hold several responsibilities at once.
Live view while they work, full replay afterwards, and a human approval step on anything the risk engine flags.
Live session, action timeline, full replay — and anything the risk engine flags pauses for your approval before it proceeds.
Per digital worker, per month. The 30-day pilot is free — no card required. Subscribe at the end to keep your workers, or walk away owing nothing.

Order status, returns, triage
Reliable digital employees for high-volume, well-defined work. Escalates readily when something is ambiguous.
$2,250 / month
CRM hygiene, billing, operations
Capable generalists who handle more edge cases before asking for help. The common choice once a pilot proves out.
$4,500 / month
Complex and high-stakes workflows
Senior digital operators for sensitive, multi-system work. The fewest escalations and the highest priority.
Standard hires run in our cloud with nothing to install. If your tools sit behind a VPN or an IP allowlist, or you need long-running autonomous work, the Dedicated Workspace gives your workers a private, always-on workspace with a fixed address your IT team can allowlist / whitelist. One per account covers your whole workforce.
$500 / month per account
Add to your pilotA worker’s level can be raised at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
A desk is a named team of digital workers for one workflow, with the policy pack already written and the gate already closed. The first desk is four workers on returns and order status. The rest are one worker with the right skills assigned, at the price of the level they are hired at.
“Where is my order?” and “I want to return this” — answered and actioned, end to end.
from $2,500 / month
Core $2,500 · Standard $4,500 · High volume $7,500. Every size includes all four workers.
30 days, free, no card. Your order-status and return tickets for 30 days, with a human approving every refund above the limit you set.

Start with this deskEvery single-worker desk is an ordinary digital worker underneath: add skills, raise their level, or let them go at any time. High-risk steps pause for your approval on every desk, and every session is recorded and replayable. All desks.
Real workers doing real jobs in your own tools, on a slice of your volume, before you commit to anything.
There is nothing to build. If a person can do the job in a browser, a digital worker can be given the same login.
Add capacity the moment you need it, at the seniority level the work actually calls for.
Every action is recorded with a screenshot and hash-chained to the one before it, so a replay is evidence rather than a summary.
Stop a session, pause a worker, or cut off a tool's access in one click — including mid-run.
They sign in and operate the same web interfaces your team already uses, inside isolated cloud browser sessions. You do not need an API integration project to start. Some tools (Gmail, Outlook) use official OAuth. Credentials are encrypted at rest, used only inside the session, and revocable in one click.
A risk engine scores every action as it happens. Refunds over your cap, unusual velocity, identity changes, and customer-visible sends pause and wait in the approval inbox. Closed-lane actions cannot commit without a human decision id.
Commit is idempotent per order_id plus action type. A retry after a crash cannot issue a second refund. The work receipt records the first commit; a duplicate is rejected and logged.
Yes. Every session records each step with screenshots into a hash-chained audit log. Replay is available after the run. A work receipt includes the policy applied, the evidence used, and the hold reason when something was stopped. Customers should be able to challenge a decision from that receipt, not from a slogan.
Pilot-ready surfaces are the web apps you already use. First-wave catalog: Zendesk, Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, and Outlook, plus other browser tools you grant. A tool is not “ready” until it has a connection flow, a test connection, and a skill that can run against it.
A named team for one workflow, with a policy pack and a closed gate on money movement. The first desk is Returns & WISMO: Chief, WISMO runner, Returns runner, and Checker. Core $2,500 / Standard $4,500 / High volume $7,500 per month. That is a four-worker graph, not a single Entry seat. You can still hire individual Entry, Mid, or Expert workers separately.
You remain the operator of record. High-risk steps require your approval. You can pause a session, freeze the workforce, or revoke a tool instantly. We provide the isolated runtime, the receipts, and the hold path — not an unattended refund machine.
It is free, and no card is required. We take a defined slice of volume inside tools you connect, you watch with full visibility, and at the end you subscribe or walk away owing nothing. Production auto-send and auto-refund stay off until you open those lanes.
No. Your team uses a web app. Worker browser sessions run in our cloud. If your tools sit behind a VPN or IP allowlist, the Dedicated Workspace add-on ($500/month per account) gives a private workspace with a fixed address your IT team can allowlist.
Account records, session history and screenshots live in our database and storage hosted with Supabase, isolated per customer account. This site runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts — see our Privacy Policy.
Start with a 30-day pilot. Connect your real tools. See actual work get done.
We take a defined slice of your customer service or back-office volume — returns, order status, billing changes, account updates — and you keep full visibility throughout.
We only expand once the numbers prove themselves.
