Who we are
This website, aidigitalhuman.services, is operated by AI Intelligent Services, a business name of 1001226048 Ontario Inc. (“we”, “us”), based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us any time at sales@aidigitalhuman.services.
What we collect
When you request pilot access, we collect what you type into the form: your work email address, company name, approximate volume, and — if you choose to share them — the tools you use and the problem you want solved. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to serve the site and keep it secure. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to you, to set up and operate your demo or pilot account, and to run the service you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Form submissions and account records are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the site is hosted on Vercel. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. These service providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments; their infrastructure may be located outside Canada, including in the United States.
When we share
We share personal information only with the service providers named above, or where the law requires it. Nothing else — no data brokers, no advertisers.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@aidigitalhuman.services and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged plainly rather than slipped in.
