Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of aidigitalhuman.services and of demo and pilot access to the AI Digital Humans platform, both provided by AI Intelligent Services, a business name of 1001226048 Ontario Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the site or requesting pilot access you agree to them. Paid subscriptions are governed by the ordering documents agreed at purchase; where those differ from this page, they win.
Demo and pilot access
A demo account is provided free for evaluation, for 30 days unless we agree otherwise. It is for your organization’s own evaluation — not for reselling, benchmarking for publication, or probing the platform’s security outside any agreed testing. We may suspend or withdraw evaluation access at any time.
One exception, made deliberately: good-faith security research that is reported privately to us (see our security page) before any disclosure, that avoids harming other customers or their data, is not a breach of these terms, and we will not pursue it as one.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you connect and what you instruct digital workers to do: use credentials you are entitled to use, respect the terms of the tools you connect, and follow the laws that apply to your business. Keep your login confidential; the platform’s approval and oversight controls exist for you to use, not to route around.
What we don’t promise
The site and evaluation access are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, our total liability arising out of the site or evaluation access is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The platform, the site, and everything in them remain ours or our licensors’. Your data remains yours; you give us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Questions: sales@aidigitalhuman.services.
